Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice attributed mostly to India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2018International Yoga Day\u2019 was celebrated in our school. Mr. Suresh Gavali and Mr. Pradeep More, the Yoga instructors were invited and welcomed by our Principal Rev. Sr. Alphonsa. All students on the ground were performing the aasanas as instructed by the instructors. Children enjoyed the yoga.
